"Bright Lights"

This is an original, one of one, painting, inspired by the television show "Happy!". The main character, Nick Sax, who is a cop turned alcoholic/substance abuser, hitman. After suffering from a cardiac arrest, Nick comes into contact with a small, blue, winged (animated) unicorn named Happy, that apparently only he can see.
Happy was the imaginary friend of a littler girl named Hailey, who has been kidnapped by a deranged man dressed as Santa Claus, that requires Nick's help to find her - which becomes the journey throughout the series.
By adding in characters from the 1980's version of "My Little Pony" it amplifies the idea behind a little girls love for unicorns , even if their settings are on the opposite spectrums: "Happy!" being that of a dark comedy/action-drama to save a little girl's life through her imaginary unicorn and "My Little Pony", a Hasbro toy line that was aimed to appeal to little girls. The strength of ones imagination may one day save your life.
The painting is 18" in length and 14" in height and is ready to hang.
